UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!

We wanted to provide notification of the upcoming permanent closure of the WB SH6 Exit ramp (Exit 7B) beginning December 1, 2023.
This closure will be used to construct the new bridge over SH6/SH146 as part of the ongoing I-45 construction. Please see the attached flyer detailing this closure and the proposed detours. We appreciate your assistance with spreading the word to the residents of Bayou Vista and Omega Bay.  This exit will also be closed during the daytime this Saturday, November 18, 2023, in order to perform striping work on the northbound I-45 main lanes. The exit ramp will be reopened after the striping operations are completed. This closure is separate from the permanent closure, but we still wanted to make sure you were aware.

Summary of Exit Ramp Closures:

  • Exit Ramp Closed: Saturday, November 18, 2023 (daytime)
  • Exit Ramp Open: Sunday, November 19, 2023 - Thursday, November 30, 2023
  • Exit Ramp Permanent Closure: Beginning December 1, 2023

The yearly assessment for Omega Bay Owners is .05 per square foot of property.  Assessments are due on January 1st each year.  A late fee of $100.00 will be charged for payments received after February 1st.

FORMS

This form is used when a resident of Omega Bay is going to perform an improvement on their home OR build a new home.  Please print a copy of the above form and mail it as instructed OR you can scan and submit via email to Integrity Property Mgmt company at integritymgmt@reagan.com.  Forms that are scanned and sent by email will be returned by email.  Contact DJ or Richard Matthews if you have any questions.
